All of our fresh products are delivered ready in buckets so they can be easily merchandised in your store. They arrived in aqua pads to ensure hydration in transit. Using the buckets provided, fill the buckets a quarter way with water, place the bouquets in the bucket removing the aqua pads. Deliveries are made via a bespoke courier service delivering direct to your store on a next day service. Some harder reach areas such as northern Scotland, Northern Ireland and islands may take an extra working day in transit.
We are confident your customers will love and frequently buy your flowers in store and therefore we do not operate on a sale or return basis.
One box, that's it! Box counts range from 7 to 22 bouquets. No delivery charge. We deliver to all UK Mainland, Islands and NI.

Yes, all products come full priced and barcoded. Each label also provides you customer with all relevant care instructions.
We guarantee all products to last a minimum of 7 days. All products have different shelf lives, for instance a carnation and chrysanthemum bouquet will have a much greater shelf life than a rose bouquet. Plants will last seasonally. As products change frequently for further clarification on product shelf life please contact one of our representatives.
We're excited to offer our customers the convenience of order delivery from Tuesday through Saturday. To ensure timely delivery, we kindly request that all orders be placed by 10am as this is our cut off time.

All orders will be delivered between 8am and 6pm. However it's worth mentioning that during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentines and Mother's Day) orders may be delivered either earlier or later than these times.
